General Overview
Briar Heights Homeowners Association is located in Westminster, Colorado at West 80th Avenue & Federal Boulevard. The Association consists of 218 single family homes and was established in 1986. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.

Right next to the community is “Cobblestone Park” which is owned and maintained by the city. It sure feels like it is part of the community though and is open for use by all residents. This amenity is a wonderful place to enjoy friends, have lunch, or even host full-blown social gatherings outside.
